Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all swim hygiene liners and product tags remain intact to meet our quality standards.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
